Comfortable and warm beds.
It was challenging for one guest with angina and another with osteoarthritis. The service during dinner was appalling. Our pre-ordered wine took ages to arrive, and one of the main courses was inedible.

The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile to help us. My daughter's room was lovely and recently refurbished. Having a coffee machine in my room was a nice touch. The dining options were excellent and reasonably priced, and the location is very close to filey.
